Automatic Coil Nail Welder

Our automatic Coil Nail welder is accrate, reliable and high quality. The nail set in the vibrating feeder are aligned in orderly way under vibration. A feeding track is sliding into welding wheels where the Nails are welded with 2 copper plated welding wires to form collated nails. The Collated Nail strip goes through automatic oil dipping and rust proof unit, drying and counter device and then rolled into Coil Nails. The Coil nails are cut off according to a set number of nails, and each coil is bound with a rubber band and packed into cartons by operators. The coil nail welder adopts high tech PLC of Mitsubishi and the touch type display of DIGITAL formula, which conduct an automatic test on process flows when lack of raw materials, nails skip, counting and cutting.
